I’m gonna run through the “Contests” that are on Saturday night, I’m going to pick my winners for each and give a slight reason. I hope the good All-Star feel comes back this weekend. Let me know who you think will have the best performance this weekend!

Skills Challenge

The skills challenge was changed recently to a team format and it is pretty entertaining. The three teams are listed above and I think it’s a pretty even matchup. I think my winner is going to be team All-Stars with Trae, Scottie, and Maxey. They have athleticism and amazing shooting. Trae can hit a shot from anywhere and he can make any pass. It is a toss-up because sometimes people forget how to shoot a basketball in these challenges.

3 Point Contest

The three-point contest is gonna be a shootout…literally. I do not see any clear-cut people who will win because all of these people can catch fire and shoot the skin off the ball. I think Tyrese Haliburton will win because he has “home-court advantage”. After all, the games are in Indianapolis. I could see any of these people winning and it’ll be good to watch.

Dunk Contest

What in the world is this lineup? It is the first time in a while we’ve had an all-star so that will be interesting but I still am shocked at the people competing. I do think Mac McClung will go back to back because he is a dog. I am not a failure with Jaime Jaquez’s bounce and I’m interested to see what he has in his bag. Jacob Toppin is in the bloodline with Obi Toppin who has crazy bounce so I like that he is competing.

Steph vs Sabrina

This is going to be fun. The LED court they have for it, the hype, the newness of the idea. All of that will be on display in this challenge. The best shooter ever vs probably the best WNBA player right now. I think Steph wins if he is trying his best but I could see where he jokes around and Sabrina ends up winning (Sabrina has the best hoop shoe out right now).
