NFL Postseason is Here!

Who I think will come out on top

The Playoffs are set, and it’s time to Predict a Winner 🏆

With the Bills beating the Dolphins on Sunday Night Football, the 2023-24 NFL Regular Season came to an end. It was a wonderful season but it is time to look ahead at the playoffs.

The full bracket looks like this:

To me, this is a weird bracket that I did not expect at all. Texans hosting a playoff game? Packers securing a spot in week 18? Steelers in it at all (also how did they get 10 wins)? This is going to be good. The Ravens and 49ers are rewarded a bye week for winning their respective conferences, The Bucs, Lions, Cowboys, Texans, Cheifs, and the Bills all host the wildcard games for winning their divisions, and the rest made it based on their record. These matchups will have a lot of familiar faces in old places. What I mean by that is Tyreek returning to Kansas City, Stafford going back to Detroit, and Mike McCarthy coaching against his former team. These are some UNPREDICTABLE games. Let’s start with the AFC. I have the Bills beating Pittsburg, Miami winning in Kansas City, and Cleveland beating the Texans in Houston. The Steelers are too iffy and the Bills are on fire as of late so I have to take them. I think the Chiefs struggling offense will not be able to keep up with the scoring of the Dolphins, but I could see it going either way. The Browns are just so good and the Texans are just young and too inexperienced to handle the Browns and Joe Flacco (who should be CPOTY). If this is how it plays out, the Bills and Browns would play and the Ravens and Dolphins would play in the divisional round. For that, I would take the Ravens to stomp the Dolphins AGAIN, and the Browns defense to contain Josh Allen and the Bills. A Browns and Ravens AFC Championship will break the AFC North. I hope that happens, it will be so elite. Two of the best defenses in the league playing for a shot at the Super Bowl😮‍💨. And to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl……..The Baltimore Ravens. On to the NFC. Dallas beats Green Bay, the Lions barely beat the Rams, and the Eagles handle the Bucs (Baker Mayfield might go crazy and upset them). If this is the case, Dallas and Detroit will have a rematch after a controversial ending in week 17, and San Fransisco will play Philly again. I would take Detroit to beat the Cowboys as they should have in the regular season, and the Niners to bear the Eagles in Calif. A Detroit and San Francisco NFC Championship will be amazing. But… I think the 49ers defense would be too much for Jared Goff. I hope I am wrong because I love the Lions but I think the 49ers will have too much star power for them. This means the two top seeds are in my Super Bowl matchup. I know that is boring but I truly think that they are the two best teams. This is a Christmas Day rematch, and I think the outcome remains the same. I think the game will be a lot closer because Brock Purdy will not have unfortunate interceptions, but I still have Baltimore winning the Bowl. Lamar will solidify himself as one of the best quarterbacks of this generation with what should be two MVPs and a Super Bowl ring. Let me know what you think will happen in January football. I could see many outcomes happening so I will not be surprised if I am completely wrong.

Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths.
