FIN4L FOUR
March Madness is coming to a close. 4 Teams remain
πFINAL FOUR4οΈβ£
We are officially coming up on the last weekend of March Madnessπ and the final four stage is set. We have UConn vs Alabama and NC State vs Purdue. Looking at the matchups, it is set up to be super entertaining and worth your time to watch the games.
#1 UConn vs #4 Alabama
To my surprise, Alabama made it to their first final 4 this season. Led by Mark Sears who has been an absolute sniper, they have looked very very good. They live and die by their offense which is risky but has shown that it works.
Looking forward to Saturday, I think UConn has so much firepower that they should take advantage of a weak Alabama Defense. Donovan Clingan will be way more than
UConn is back and again looks so dominant. They have not skipped a beat since their last championship run as they are trouncing opponents once again. I was super excited about the matchup against Illinois and star senior Terrance Shannon Jr, and throughout the first half, it looked like a good game. But once the second half started, it was clear why UConn was the number one overall seed. They went on a 30-0 RUN. Reread that. They scored 30 points before Illinois scored just 1. Insanity. Tristen Newton, Donovan Clingan, Stephon Castle, Cam Spencer, and Alex Karaban look so good and play so well together, making them the team to beat. Uconn will advance

#11 NC State vs #1 Purdue
WOW WOW WOW! The wolfpack is the epitome of a Cinderella run this tournament. From not being in the big dance, to winning the ACC to get them a bid, to making the Final 4 deserves praise. It is all thanks to DJ. Burns and Horne. They both are balling and are so entertaining to watch. Seeing someone built like DJ Burns dominate like this is always special to see. He got praise from back-to-back MVP and Champion Nikola Jokicβ¦
"I think he's so skilled, especially lefty...seems like teammates like to play with him. That'd be a good guy."

Up next, the boilermakers are on their get
t back. Last year, they were just the second team ever to lose to a 16 seed in the Tournament. The last time that happened was in Virginia in 2018. But guess what happened the next year, they won the championship. This is what Purdue is hoping for this year. Zach Edey is such a dominant force as he dropped 40 the other day and led them to a win over Tennesee. Being so consistent on offense and defense is a recipe for success, along with great shooting to spread the floor for him. It is going to be absolute cinema seeing Edey vs Burns. Height vs Weight. I unfortunately think this is where the cinderella run ends for the Woflpack π Purdue Wins

This final 4 has 3 very very good bigs and it will be interesting to see which one has the biggest impact.
